督察Mat(Jesdaporn Pholdee飾)是一位年輕有為的警官，曾在國內國外接受過很多項目的訓練。訓練結束后，Mat被派往副部長Sutha（Wayne Falconer飾）的審查部門去調查販毒案。案件牽涉到一輛號碼為645的逃稅車，Mat后來知曉這輛車被督察Siyarn（Chakrit Yamnam飾）的鬼魂所纏繞，他是這輛舊車的主人，一直在這里。Siyarn被殺，并被認定是參與販毒的壞警察。Siyarn的鬼魂想要在Mat的幫助下證明自己的清白。
